Where would we be without Rachel, she's highly recommended in our books ! Our TB had to have kissing spine surgery Dec 24, numerous leg issues before and after. He has been in and out of work for 18months. This is the longest we have been in ridden work. Without Rachel we wouldn't be where we are now. She's been with us weekly /2 weekly I can always get an appointment with her, she has started early and finished late in evenings to be able to accommodate me being there to watch. I was on holiday, she sent me videos and a lengthy update.When I need help or have a concern I pop her a message / video and she always gives me a quick response. We follow a plan and do everything we are asked in between (no cutting corners).Ollie has come on leaps and bounds he was so tense and tight and sore to touch. He's a different horse now, he licks his lips, rests his legs, leans into Rachel and relaxes his head /neck down low. Thanks so much Rachel! ❤️
